Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping (Canada) We are pleased to ship to Canada! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing.

Please note: International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Salty Spur is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Contact page so we can make it right.
